• Be operational for at least 6 months
• Generate minimum monthly revenue of $10,000
• Accept credit card payments or have regular bank deposits
• Be registered and operating in the United States

FUNDLINK USA reserves the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.

5. Fees and Costs

All fees, costs, and terms associated with your merchant cash advance will be clearly disclosed in your funding agreement before you accept. There are no hidden fees. You will know the total cost of the advance upfront.

6. Repayment

Repayment terms will be specified in your merchant cash advance agreement. Typically, repayment is made through a fixed percentage of daily credit card sales or daily bank account withdrawals. You authorize FUNDLINK USA or its designated third-party processor to debit your account for the agreed-upon amounts.

7. Default and Remedies

You will be in default if you fail to comply with the terms of your merchant cash advance agreement. In the event of default, FUNDLINK USA may pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to accelerating the remaining balance and pursuing collection actions.

8. Intellectual Property

The content, design, graphics, and other materials on the FUNDLINK USA website are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any materials on this site without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

FUNDLINK USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Modifications to Terms
